Fundamentals of Occupational Safety and Health Training

Our Fundamentals of Occupational Safety and Health Training is required for any employee designated with a safety leadership role. It is also effective as a “refresher course” for experienced safety leaders. Participants acquire the knowledge and skills needed to successfully head a safety program of any size, scope, or focus for any type of New England business or industry.

Our workshop sessions discuss organizational structure, safety and health evaluations, work processes, occupational practices, and how to build relationships with employees to better understand their concerns and needs.

To conclude this course, each participant will be asked to develop a complete safety program. Upon successful completion, a certificate of completion will be rewarded along with all course materials for as-needed reference.

This course can be customized to meet the specific program needs of any employer.
